I am looking for a pediatrician to write this section

One of the most important things we do regarding the medical care of children is to immunize them against infectious diseases.  How do you think this might be enabled to continue if there are problems with manufacture, transportation and refrigeration of vaccines?  Could any safe and effective vaccines be produced locally?
