Dermatology

I am looking for a dermatologist to write this section.  In a world constrained by limited availablity of transportation fuels and manufacturing capacity, what skin diseases might be prevalent and how might they be treated using locally sourced products?  You might want to pay particular attention to diabetic skin complaints, particularly of the lower legs, as untreated or poorly treated diabetes may be a common problem in years to come, and also increased solar exposure as more people spend more time working outdoors instead of in an office environment.
